Monday–Friday: 8am – 10pm
Saturday–Sunday: 10am – 7pm
Emergencies: I take out-of-hours emergency call-outs too – if you’re locked out late at night, call and I’ll tell you honestly how soon I can reach you.

What happens when you call
- You get me – Andrew, the person who’ll actually turn up.
- Tell me the problem – locked out, a broken lock, a door that won’t secure. A photo of the lock or door helps me arrive ready and quote accurately.
- I give you a straight price before I start – no surprises, no call-out fee.
- For local emergencies I’m typically with you in around 15–20 minutes, depending on where you are and traffic.
